How I build good relationship with my students

My point of view is that an excellent communication between an instructor and her/his trainees is constructed on a strong foundation of confidence, observance and mutual understanding. To successfully assess learners' desires and needs, the instructor should first understand her/his learners and where they are originating from. The instructor has to be the first to create excellent communication, as not many moms and dads and children will show that effort. She/he should also be ready to inform about her/his personal anticipations to the learners; having a genuine attitude toward her/his trainees and demonstrating an interest for both their learning and their lives is necessary when doing this. If both the instructor and students understand each other's objectives and viewpoints, the basement blocks of mutual respect are established. Both instructors and trainees are worthy of and seek respect as human beings and individuals; teachers also look for respect in the labour sense yet must take care of the way they go about it. As a mentor, I will certainly adopt a position of administration, however I do not desire to be an authoritarian or despot. I will additionally be able to be a buddy and trustee for numerous of my students, however I do not wish to cross the boundary of competence.

Teaching, learning and experience
